The Department of Transportation (DOTr) announcedon Mondaythe re-opening of Philippine National Railways (PNR) Caloocan-Makati line. In an advisory, the DOTr said that the PNR Caloocan-Dela Rosa, Makati line, which was closed 20 years ago, would start its operations onWednesday, August 1.
