OAS, Albay - Three persons died instantly when a 14-wheeler truck accidentally crashed into a shanty along the diversion road in Iraya Norte village here on Friday evening. The fatalities were identified as Sulpicio Gados, a resident of Polangui town, also in Albay, Giovanni Raton and Gerald Satuito.
