The Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 150 has issued a 22-page ruling ordering the arrest of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV. In the order, Branch 150 Judge Elmo Alameda revived the rebellion case against Trillanes following the proclamation of President Rodrigo Duterte revoking the amnesty given to the senator. The case was filed in connection with the Manila Peninsula siege, which took place on Nov. 29, 2007 in Makati.
