MANILA, Philippines -- Human rights lawyer Chel Diokno has called on Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Oscar Albayalde to ensure the safety of "extrajudicial killing" survivor Roger Herrero. In a series of tweets, Diokno said that Herrero was arrested by Agdangan police on Friday afternoon without a warrant during a hearing at the Lucena Prosecutor's Office in compliance with a subpoena.
