MANILA, Philippines -- A 41-year-old resident of the Baseco Compound, in Tondo, Manila, was arrested on Monday for alleged indiscriminate firing. The Ermita police station said suspect Ronald Diokton was arrested shortly after another resident complained about the alleged indiscriminate firing at Block 6, Baseco Compound around 3:40 p.m. Police immediately sent officers from the Baseco PCP and the Intelligence Personnel led by PSI Salvador Inigo Jr. to the area.
