MANILA, Philippines - Following the vehicular accident that killed six people, NLEX Corporation on Tuesday appealed to motorists to make sure their vehicles are roadworthy before hitting the road. NLEX Corporation President and General Manager Luigi Bautista said that while the company enforces strict implementation of traffic rules, it also needs the cooperation of the public to lessen road mishaps. "We are again appealing to our motorists to practice road safety by making sure that their vehicles are in good condition before traveling, as well as by checking themselves if they are physically or emotionally fit to drive," Bautista said in a statement....
