Jeson Agravante and Christine Hallasgo ruled their respective divisions in the Milo 42K race event of the 42nd National Milo Marathon Manila. Agravante, a former Milo Marathon king, clocked two hours, 35 minutes and 10seconds, finishing almost seven minutes earlier than second-placer Erick Panique. Bryan Quinco crossed the finish line in third with a time of 2:43:59. In the women's division, Hallasgo, a Milo Marathon veteran, left the rest of the field in the rear-view mirror, registering three hours, five minutes and 14 seconds.
