A drunk police officer who pointed his gun at two males inside the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Building F has been arrested and relieved from his post. During the presentation of the suspect, identifiedas SPO2 Randy Fortuna of the Pasay City Police Station,NCRPO Director Chief Supt.
