The low pressure area east of northern Cagayan has intensified into a tropical depression midday on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Tropical Depression Inday will bring intermittent moderate to occasional heavy monsoon rains over: Ilocos Region; Cordillera Administrative Region; Zambales; Bataan; Pampanga; and Bulacan.
