MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is set to file within the week a case against a Chinese national allegedly behind the P1.8 billion-worth of "shabu" (crystal meth) shipment seized by authorities last March 22, Senator Panfilo Lacson revealed Thursday. Lacson earlier named Zhijian Xu alias Jacky Co, who he claimed was responsible for the shipment of 276 kilos of suspected shabu that was seized by authorities at the Manila International Container Port.
