MANILA, Philippines -- Two police officers were wounded in Taguig City early Wednesday morning after a hand grenade, hurled by a man they were about to accost went off. Taguig City police chief Col. Alexander Santos identified the victims as Executive Master Sergeant Santiago Cordova and Cpl. Alnajim Abdulhalim of the Taguig Police Community Precinct 2.
