MANILA, Philippines --- Law enforcers recovered two hand grenades inside a residential area in Quezon City early Sunday morning. According to Talipapa police station, a certain Ma. Luz Ocampo reported to police that she discovered a hand grenade inside her house in Eulogia Drive Barangay Apolonio Samson at around 12:30 a.m. After an hour, Barangay Apolonio executive officer Chito Baltazar immediately responded to the area and sought assistance from police who then retrieved the grenade.
