MANILA, Philippines --- Residents of Metro Manila and parts of Luzon will still experience rains on Saturday, the state weather bureau said. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the southwest monsoon or habagat is still being enhanced by Typhoon "Hanna" (International name "Lekima"), which made landfall in eastern China.
