Current owners of Magnum Air (Skyjet) Inc. expressed their hopes to resolve the issue involving the 80-seater aircraft that was seized by Bureau of Customs (BOC). Magnum Air's CEO Patrick Tan said in a statement that the new management team wanted to settle their liabilities but without the penalties cited by the government, which he insisted should not be shouldered by the company.
