Police in a report on Thursday said they received information from an unnamed citizen around 11:30 p.m. that an 18-year old girl was kidnapped by two unidentified suspects along Majaas Street corner Payatas Road in Barangay Commonwealth. Authorities said they spotted the half-naked victim seeking for help at Phase 5 in Barangay Payatas B.
