A Grade 10 student was arrested after yielding 10 sachets of suspected marijuana at Rizal High School in Barangay Caniogan, Pasig City Thursday. In a report, police on Friday identified the suspect as John Arbie Glipo, 18. Police said Glipo was arrested by the school's security guard for yielding the banned plant. Police said the guard was doing a routine inspection of bags of students who are entering the school when he saw the sachets containing the suspected marijuana. Glipo was then brought to the Police Community Precinct 4 in the said barangay. He was later brought to the Pasig Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit for investigation. ...
