DAVAO CITY - Two people were killed and four others arrested in several anti-illegal drugs operations in Southern Mindanao on Wednesday. Abraham Jimlani, 40, was killed when he fired at policemen during a buy-bust operation in Ilang village, Bunawan district in Davao City at9:50 p.m., Chief Insp.
