Rowel Acaso was slain in a shootout around 7 a.m. on Thursday in Barangay (village) Cupang in Antipolo City. Members of the police intelligence unit implemented a search warrant on Acaso, issued by judge Agripino Morga of the regional trial court branch 28 to 32 in San Pablo City, Laguna, regional police spokesperson Supt.
