Chief Inspector Ronnie Cordero, Kabacan town police chief, said the pedicab driven by Maguida Akas, 55, from Barangay Kuyapon, was on its way to Datu Montawal town, Maguindanao province when the electric post fell on it at3 p.m.Monday.
