About 10,000 passengers are expected to benefit from the re-opening of the Caloocan-Dela Rosa line of the Philippine National Railways (PNR), the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said on Wednesday. After about 20 years of being closed, the DOTr rolled out six trains with a total capacity of 800 passengers during the line's soft opening. DOTr Secretary Arthur Tugade branded the Caloocan - Dela Rosa line as the "most cost-efficient means of transportation" connecting the two cities.
