A fetus, abandoned near a hospital in Quezon City, was discovered Monday morning,according to a police report. Street sweeper Flordeliza Baez found the fetus, hidden inside a bag, along Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Barangay Project 6 at around 6:30 a.m. Personnel of the Police Community Precinct 1 were dispatched at the scene after receiving the report.
