On the second day of theweek-long test run of the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) traffic scheme onEpifanio Delos Santos Avenue (Edsa), over 2,700 motorists have been flagged down by theMetro Manila Development Authority (MMDA). A total of 2,715 vehicles have violated the new traffic scheme at the jam-packed Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) as of 2:20 pm, according to the MMDA.
