The proposed 2019 budgets of the Office of the President (OP) and the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) got the nod of a panel of the Senate on Thursday. Only Senator Loren Legarda was present when the Senate committee on finance, which she chairs, approved the budget of the two agencies.
