A Ghanaian national was arrested by Immigration officers for presenting a fake Canadian visa, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Tuesday. In a report to Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente, BI Port Operations Division (POD) Chief Grifton Medina identified the suspect as Abdul Wahab Issah, 36. Medina said Issah was caught at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 last Oct. 21. He added that the suspect presented a passport with a fake Canadian visa to board a flight to Toronto, Canada.
