A taxi driver accused of raping his 10-year old stepdaughter several times was arrested by operatives of San Juan City Policeon Tuesdayevening. Reports from the Eastern Police District (EPD) said the 32- year old suspect was nabbed after his live-in partner asked authorities for help upon learning her daughter was repeatedly abused.
