Police said the body of Ocamoto Satoshi, a divorced man from Nagoya, Japan, was discovered inside his rented apartment by a neighbor in Barangay San Bartolome at about 6:30 p.m. Forensic investigators recovered from the apartment the victim's personal belongings, such as mobile gadgets and cash worth P2,120.
