LUCENA CITY -- Police killed two suspects in a stabbing incident after they allegedly engaged the authorities in a firefight in San Andres town in Quezon province Saturday afternoon, police said Sunday. Jebby Oro Sr. and one alias "Lando" who were aboard a motorcycle reportedly fired at the policemen manning a checkpoint in Barangay (village) Tala at about 12:30 p.m., Police Major Elizabeth Capistrano, Quezon police public information officer, said in a report Sunday. Report said Oro, who was driving the motorcycle, stopped at the checkpoint.
