MANILA, Philippines -- Twenty villages in Quezon City will encounter temporary water service interruptions as Manila Water undertakes emergency leak repairs. Manila Water said the "joint leak repair and pipe interconnection at Elliptical Road in Quezon City" came after a contractor of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) caused an "accidental breakage" which damaged the company's major pipeline.
