MANILA, Philippines --- Thirty-eight percent of Filipinos say the quality of their lives have improved in the last 12 months, latest results from the Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey showed on Friday. In a survey conducted from March 28 to 31, 2019, 38 percent of Filipinos said the quality of their lives have improved while 21 percent said the quality of their lives have worsened. The SWS said the survey results revealed a five-point increase in net gainers score from "very high" +12 in December 2018 to +17 in March 2019.
