NAGA CITY --- Police in Sta. Elena town in Camarines Norte province are hunting down five unidentified gunmen after they shot and killed a man Saturday morning. A police report said the victim, who was identified as Domingo Caeba,was at a water refilling station at Barangay (village) Basiad in Sta. Elena when the suspects opened fire at him around 9:30 a.m. Police also said the gunmen were on board a motorcycle during the attack. The victim died while being taken to the hospital. Police have yet to establish the motive behind the killing as well as the identity of the suspects. ...
