LIPA CITY -- Police arrested five individuals for distributing campaign materials adjacent to a voting precinct in Barangay Anilao, Lipa City Monday morning. Lt. Col. Ramon Balauag, Lipa City police chief, identified the arrested suspects as village councilor Julian Rodel, 58; Dolores Soriano, 45; Gregorio Caguitla, 41; Diane Dela Rosa, 23 and Marivic Contreras,33.
