ISABELA CITY -- Armed men attacked the Tiptipon Elementary School which was being used as a voting center in Panglima Estino town in Sulu around 7 a.m. on election day, injuring six voters and burning down a number of vehicles parked along the area. Panglima Estino Mayor Ben Estino said the armed men who stormed the school appeared to be targeting his supporters and were at the school grounds up to past noon.
