MANILA, Philippines --- All consular offices across the country will be closed on May 13, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced Thursday. In an advisory issued by the DFA's Office of Consular Affairs (OCA), it said that its office at the Aseana Business Park in Paraaque and all DFA Consular Offices nationwide will be closed on election day. President Rodrigo Duterte has declared May 13 as a special non-working holiday throughout the country for the national and local polls.
