MANILA, Philippines --- Former Philippine National Police chief Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa has so far obtained the most number of votes from overseas absentee voters (OAV). According to the Parish Pastoral Council of Responsible Voting's (PPCRV) partial and unofficial tally as of 1:01 p.m. Friday, Dela Rosa got 124,361 overseas votes. Trailing behind Dela Rosa is Willie Ong, who is running under the Lakas--Christian Muslim Democrats (LAKAS CMD), who got 120,600 overseas votes and former Presidential aide Christopher "Bong" Go who got 119,990 overseas votes.
