MANILA, Philippines -- Peter Joemel Advincula, who claimed to be "Bikoy" in the "Ang Totoong Narcolist" videos, will remain in jail even if he already posted bail because he still has standing warrants of arrest for other cases. Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde revealed Friday that Advincula still has five counts of estafa charges, each carrying a P1,000-bail.
