MANILA, Philippines --- An alleged Liberal Party supporter supposedly tapped Rodel Jayme to create a website, which was later used to share the controversial "Ang Totoong Narcolist" videos. Jayme revealed this information Friday during a press conference at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) headquarters in Manila.
