ORMOC CITY ---- A construction foreman died after he was reportedly hit by lightning about 5 p.m. Thursday in Barangay District-I, Babatngon, Leyte. Police Lt. Col Bella Rentuaya, spokesperson of the Eastern Visayas police, said Diosdado Sabenorio, 58, of Barangay Tinaogan, Basey, Samar, went fishing in the sea with his brother when the lightning struck.
