MANILA, Philippines --- Two suspected motorcycle thieves were arrested by the Caloocan City police on Saturday morning. The arrested suspects were identified as Jhon Christopher Arpon, 19, and Edward Pepito, 32, both of of Baesa, Quezon City. During initial investigation, victim Amil Basang, 26, told police that his motorcycle was stolen along Tieremas Street, in Barangay 157, Caloocan City at 1:00 a.m. Following the report, police officers then conducted an operation to look for the stolen motorcycle.
