MANILA, Philippines --- The Department of Education (DedEd) is expecting 27 million students this coming school year both in the elementary and high school level, DepEd Undersecretary Tonisito Umali said Friday. However, Umali said the number could still grow as there is usually an increase in the number of students every year.
