MANILA, Philippines -- The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Saturday that it is closely monitoring the situation in France after an explosion rocked the city of Lyon. On Friday, the DFA said the explosion at the corner of rue Victor-Hugo and rue Sala in Lyon has injured at least eight people.
