MANILA, Philippines --- Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Thursday said Malacaang has nothing to do with the investigation and arrest of a "person of interest" in the series of videos accusing President Rodrigo Duterte's family and friends of receiving kickbacks from narcotics trade. "Malacaang has absolutely nothing to do with this. This is an initiative taken by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in the light of certain serious allegations issued by an unknown person," Guevarra said in a press briefing.
