MANILA, Philippines --- Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Thursday said Malacaang has nothing to do with the investigation and arrest of a "person of interest" in the series of videos accusing President Rodrigo Duterte's family and friends of receiving kickbacks from narcotics trade.
