MANILA, Philippines --- A man, tagged as the no. 2 high-value target of the Eastern Police District (EPD), was arrested during a buy-bust operation in Pasig City on Thursday. EPD identified the suspect as Perlita Arias, 42, of Barangay Rosario, Pasig after a police officer posed as a buyer using P500 marked money. Confiscated were 15 pieces of plastic containing shabu (crystal meth), marked money worth P2,600, two cellphones, and one black pouch.
