MANILA, Philippines --- In time for the annual International AIDS Candlelight Memorial, the Department of Health (DOH) urged Filipinos who tested positive for HIV to avail free treatment, care, and support services. In a statement issued on Friday, the DOH also encouraged the public to get tested.
