MANILA, Philippines --- A magnitude 3.6 earthquake shook a town in Ilocos Norte on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. The earthquake's epicenter was recorded at 14 kilometers northeast of Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. The tremor struck at 4:12 p.m. and had a depth of 2 kilometers. No damage to property and aftershocks were reported.
