MANILA, Philippines --- A passenger of the Light Rail Transit-2 (LRT-2) was arrested over the weekend as he was caught with dried marijuana during a routine inspection at a train station. A report from the Quezon City Police District showed 21-year-old Joseph Regaro yielded a ziplock plastic containing dried marijuana leaves during a routine inspection of passengers at the south entrance of the LRT-2 Gateway Station around 2:18p.m. Sunday. The illegal substance was found in the front pocket of Regaro's sweat shirt, police noted.
