MANILA, Philippines--Meralco has acquired the services of star center Raymond Almazan from Rain or Shine on Tuesday, team manager Paolo Trillo said. The PBA approved the trade that sent the Bolts' rights to the 2019 and 2021 first round picks to the Elasto Painters in exchange for Almazan.
