MANILA, Philippines --- Residents of Metro Manila and those living in other parts of Luzon can expect to experience heavy rainshowers on Tuesday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In a thunderstorm advisory issued at 1:25 p.m., the state weather bureau said rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bulacan, and Batangas in the next two hours.
