MANILA, Philippines --- Members of the Makati City police arrested on Thursday evening a 17-year-old boy for illegal possession of gun and ammunition. Prior to the arrest, the Makati police said they received initial information about a "shooting" incident at Dian Street corner Diesel Street in Barangay Palanan at about 10 p.m. Upon reaching the location, police saw the suspect being restrained by a concerned citizen.
