ORMOC CITY --- A motorcycle driver was killed after it collided with two other motorcycles in Sitio Binogho, Barangay Buray, Paranas, Samar at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Police Major Marty Muoz, chief of the Paranas Police, identified the fatality as Lowel Baldoza. Investigation revealed that the victim occupied the other lane of the highway and was hit by two other motorcycles. Baldoza was brought to the Samar Provincial Hospital but the physician declared him dead on arrival. (Editor:Leti Boniol)...
