MANILA, Philippines --- The National Union of Students of the Philippines (NUSP) urged the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday to disapprove National Youth Commission (NYC) chair Ronald Cardema's application to become the substitute nominee for the Duterte Youth party-list.
